Monday: 4 - 5.30PM Wednesday: 9.30 – 12.00AM Friday: 4 – 6.30PM Start whenever you like, and take part as often as you can. Bring a change of workout clothes for the final stretching session, as you will have built up quite a sweat by then! The studio will be open 15 min before the training begins. |
